Cara has been an amazing help!, I wish I could give her 10,000 stars. She helped me fulfill blocked orders via FBA. She also educated me along the way on the process and followed up with an email with a video link and a breakdown of what was done for the future just incase I had to go ahead and take a look back in the future. We finally found an app that really works. The app is robust and syncs orders and inventory perfectly. We're very happy. Plus, customer service is the best. The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!

I have been using ByteStand for 7 years since the first version. ByteStand is the most perfect application that helps me save time for my business that can sync inventory from Amazon FBA to my website on Shopify and ship it automatically. I very like it. It is very easy to use. And developers "Todd" and Cara are very nice. They always help me and answer all my questions very quickly. Recommed.

ByteStand is the easiest way to connect Shopify orders to Amazon fulfillment, period. Amazon offers their own fulfillment option but it is limited and Amazon support is not great. ByteStand on the other hand has amazing support and a super easy to follow interface. If you have been looking for an option to fulfill shopify orders with Amazon FBA, look no further. Greatly appreciate this service and fully recommend it!

Cara is absolutely fabulous and is always on point with any questions. And if something isn't easy to answer or a new issue she digs in and gets the answers quickly. Couldn't find a better support helper. The App itself has come a long way from a few years ago and supports subscription apps now like ReCharge! YAY! Kudo's to the app devs and their hard work.
