I would like to start off and say thanks to Shopify for providing me with FedEx shipping options. I did review 1 to 2 other companies. After my review I have chosen ship rate and track FedEx company. This company provides a great app it was very easy to install and they also provide self help videos. Communication was great and they also helped with my FedEx account set up within about 48 hours. After my account was all set up I did receive an email from the customer service and a courtesy phone call. Customer service me provided assistance how to set up a shipping label and I was able to ask multiple questions. I rate this company five stars highly recommend it and it's worth every penny.

The support team has always been very responsive to any queries I have, often offering to do what is required instead of just passing me off to a knowledge base somewhere to figure it all out myself. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!!! So thankful!! We were facing some issue with the connection with FedEx at first and then asked for a personnalisation on our packing slip and all the members of the PluginHive team helped us to solve this in a time record !! My company was losing on our shipping quotes and we desperately needed a more accurate solution to provide our quotes. After a few emails, back and forth with PluginHive, we were quickly able to set the appropriate configurations and now our shipping quotes are nearly dead on. Great app and works as advertised, thank you PluginHive!

**UPDATE JUNE 2 2021 Pluginhive actively worked to help fix the API issues once they were able to finally identified the issue. We are no longer experiencing the issues mentioned below (kept the original issue for documentation purposes). For that reason - I updated the 1 star rating to a 4 star rating. We appreciate the promptness and diligence by Pluginhive on achieving resolution on this topic. ----------------------------------------------------------- This plugin wont always fetch rates from Fedex. Contacted customer support and sent in screenshots of the error showing that there were no rates and that we dont ship to your state.. Their response was that they tested it and got a rate. I explained to them it is happening sporadically, and again provided new screenshots of more customers errors. They responded with that they tested it once and got a rate. At this point we are going to drop their service and find another. We lost a considerable amount of sales from this error and it seems that pluginhive doesn't care. If you are planning to have a high volume ecom store, i would avoid this app.

Took a bit to get set up, but it's doing exactly what we want now! Great customer service to get set up. Only thing I'd change is the chat button it right over the 'save' button when editing settings.

We recently installed the fedex application for our shopify store, to generate shipping labels through fedex. For the implementation we require PluginHive technical support, the team has been very efficient in advising us for the implementation. 100% recommended this application

This app is amazing. Before I had to import all my orders into my shipping software, but now at the end of the day we have the option to only print fedex orders with just a click of the button, which is a game changer for us!
