Touseef was very helpful in walking through setup of the app. 5 star for him. The app is easy to use and lets us take advantage of our lower FedEx rates in a basic and easy to use process. Wasnt able to set up more complex automations so I'd give the app a 4 star. Overall 4.5 average which rounds up to 5.

It has a lot of bugs and is missing a lot of functionality. The customer service is pretty good and responsive but they can’t always fix the problem.

We've used this for several years now as our go to app for Fedex LTL freight rates. Never disappointed. Customer service is amazing and was able to rectify any issues with rates showing on checkout within minutes of a zoom call. Definitely recommend

They still charge my money after uninstalling
Dear Ukrainian Smokehouse Team, We're sorry to hear about the issue with charges after uninstalling the app. [Background] Shopify manages billing and payment for the app, including the free trial period. Charges are automatically applied right after the 15-day trial period ends. Upon reviewing your case, we noticed that you installed the app on Dec 23rd, 2023, and uninstalled it on Jan 8th, 2024. The charges occurred because the free trial ended on Jan 7th, 2024. According to Shopify's policy, if the app remains installed after the trial ends, charges apply. In your situation, the app was still installed after the trial ended and was uninstalled on Jan 8th, 2024. Despite this, we take full responsibility for this situation. Sibi Firoz was very helpful and clear with the help! Quick to respond and clear about the answer to questions. App is easy to use. The FedEx label generator is easy to use as well. We went over the details on formatting the name on the Shipping Label and verifying the the Rates reflect the FedEx account connected through the app.
