So far so good. We haven't used the app/plug in long but from what we have We are finding it easy to use, great functionality, and the support has been attentive to actually help with the set up and properly adjusting the settings to the particular needs of our store.

Had an issue and App developers followed up with my concerns and addressed in a timely manner. Would recommend this app for anyone with Shipping multiple orders at a time . It makes it much easier for someone in a warehouse setting to print, pack , and ship orders our easier and faster. There are many features than make this app unique. we are able to ship our products out with accurate shipping rates to customers and manage that imformation in the app. Highly Recommend.

Great set up support! I came back to edit my review after using the plugin for several months. I want to emphasize how helpful it has been if you are shipping with Fedex through Shopify and using various box sizes. If you have any questions, the support team is instantly available and will find you a solution. They have thought of everything you need to make complex shipping needs simple.
