PH Ship Rate & Track for FedEx has one of the best support groups you will ever find. We have a Shopify store that uses PH Ship Rate and for a number of years, we have had no problems. Recently problems occurred. We contacted the support group and in only hours they fixed the problem. SIMPLY THE BEST
