I do not understand any of the negative feedback. This App is a 6 Star experience. Customer support is off the charts. Martin is the real hero here.

They scrubbed my shopify website and sent spam mails advertising their plugin to all my email addresses. While this is not illegal, it's super annoying. Their 'support centre' website is full of broken links or standard texts. The user interface is not userfriendly and even after checking their website (and 'video') thoroughly, it's still not clear what service they're actually providing. I'd stay away.
First of all I'm very sorry that you felt the need to write a review of this nature, we clearly dont want anyone to have this sort of experience with our service. But lets sort some facts out, you obviously have some sort of of problem with your website (they scrubbed my site) but this is categorically nothing to do with us. When you install our app you grant us 'read only' permissions to your product database. We can change nothing as regards your merchant storefront's configuration or data. What you are saying we have caused is completely impossible, please look elsewhere for the cause and do not throw accusations like this around no matter how dissatisfied you are with us. I have looked into what you mentioned as spam emails - we sent a promotional email to I can see 3 email addresses on your domain, sorry if they all landed with a single recipient, we clearly will ensure you are not contacted again. We provide a service to create product data feeds to drive digital advertising campaigns, again apologies that was not clear. Its a little bit puzzling that you had no idea what we provide yet you installed us despite this? Well sorry we couldnt help you, we will try to take some lessons from this & best of luck of for the future anyway.

I regret to say that my experience with the customer service was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to address a seemingly simple task, the communication was unfortunately inadequate, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth. This not only resulted in the loss of several days, but also failed to yield a resolution to the issue at hand. A better understanding of the customer's needs and clearer communication would significantly enhance the overall service experience. In this instance, I'm disappointed to say, those expectations were not met.
Hi there, we are clearly disappointed that you didnt have a positive experience and please accept our sincerest apologies. You say 'numerous attempts' though, we delivered only two initial versions of the feed for your testing - I must be clear - it is possible to stick the landing immediately but it is a far from unusual to have to try a few times before an ideal configuration is found. I said in our last communication re the latest feed, there were still question marks about your exact requirements re. the product images. We had ideas of where to go should we not be successful & we would certainly have got there eventually given time. We didnt get to the third version of course however. I'm sorry for the wasted time though & hope you do get sorted with another feed, but I would advise a little more patience for what its worth. We completely take on board problems with delays in comms over the weekend however, we fell short of our normal high standards here & will seek to remedy this.

Incredible support from these guys. While we we're setting up our first feed, their support proactively (without us requesting for support), went through the feed and corrected it for our newbie errors. First time we've ever seen that with any app developer. Also incredible nice app and backend dashboard, including many prebuild feeds for various sites - EXCELLENT!

This app is absolutely fantastic and the customer support is just as good. I've had no end of support requests promptly resolved and I always trust that any issues I have can be overcome quickly. I would 100% recommend Feed Donkey to anyone looking to build custom-structured product feeds using their Shopify store data.

We run an Enterprise Marketplace and have been struggling to find the perfect app that could support a multitudes of SKU spread across multiple expansion stores without a hiccup. Other apps either had limited features or charge ridiculously for some of the features. Feed Donkey was exactly what we needed and it had all the features at the best price possible. For anyone looking for an app to create Feeds to connect anywhere, Feed Donkey is the way to go. And their support just backs their awesome app. We were able to create custom feeds, especially that we had granular control on what we included in the feeds as well as the feed output. Worth every single penny, and would happily even pay more. Shout out to Martin for the awesome above and beyond support.

We were looking for a feed to connect our site to Vivino, the wine app. Other developers offered plans with many functions that we didn't need or wish to pay for—but Feed Donkey was able to provide just what we needed at a very competitive price. Martin helped us to set up product filters and location rules just the way we wanted them, and very quickly too. When it came to final implementation, It was a great disappointment to find that Vivino in our specific market requires a feed format not currently available from Feed Donkey, and we have unfortunately had to look for an alternative. I don't doubt that the same excellent service we received in setting up would have remained a feature of our subscription if only we had been able to pursue business with Feed Donkey.

If you need to easily build feeds for shopping and dynamic remarketing campaigns on Google, Facebook and other channels, Feed Donkey is the best app. I appreciate they offer a free plan up to 3000 skus/2 feeds. And their customer support has been outstanding!

I contacted them before installing the app and they assured full technical support. Don´t tell customers, you will offer full technical support if you don't. This ended up being a confusing experience. After wasting hours, the app had to be uninstalled again.
I'm disappointed that you are not happy with your experience but I think we need to add our side here. We offer full support within the scope of our service, i.e. the building of feeds and their delivery, this is what is and was communicated. You are trying to move from a full feed management service, where they also manage your connections to your channels, and you do not touch any aspect of the setup/ config of the feeds or their maintenance. You are trying to move from a paid for service to ours which for you is completely free yet you are expecting exactly the same fully managed service? I'm sorry but I think your expectations are off-beam here and I think everybody reading this will think the same also.

The best Shopify Data Feed app out there! The level of customisation and control is exceptional, and allows us to really tailor the feed to meet the needs of different marketing platforms both effectively and efficiently. The support Martin & the team have given us has been second to none; not only helping us with the feed creation but always on hand for any changes and optimisations we need to make at a very speedy pace.

One of the best support team in business. Great app to create datafeeds of your products. There are many templates in Feed Donkey that will fit to almost all needs. But we had some special requirements for our project. Thanks to Martin and Amanda, we had a customized datafeed in about 30 minutes and all adjustments that need to be added after, were done in minutes, even if i asked them to add it weeks later. Feed Donkey Team you are all doing a great job! Thank you guys!

A really powerful app to create product feeds (Google, Facebook, etc...) with all the details you may need. After testing other apps, Feed Donkey is the only one I found to create with great accuracy several feeds. The support is also really fast and helpful when you need some help to create specific fields.

I have installed and used many different apps inside Shopify some good some not so good, Feed Donkey however, is a breath of fresh air. I needed some specific help with Google Local Inventory ads which can be tricky. The app installed and worked without any fuss and the support from Martin was superb, it's rare these days to get such quick timely and helpful support, to say Martin went above and beyond is a genuine understatement, thank you Martin. If you need a reliable Google Feed to support your Google PLA Shopping Ads and or Local Inventory Ads from your Shopify store, you need not look any further!!!!

Martin at Feed Donkey has helped me setup my feed in less than 24 hours, we were live on Google Shopping then next day. The app UI and UX is amazing, which many other shopping feed building apps today are lacking, and that makes it super easy to learn and use. It's one of the necessary apps for making a shopping feed for any platform paired with stellar support and guidance.
