Oh man, what a great experience with the customer service! I spoke with Vicky and she was AMAZING to work with. I had so many questions that she answered diligently and I really believe she went above and beyond helping us out. I used this app to connect my Shopify store with a vendor we work with so that they could use the products on our shop on their Facebook Page. It's working well for us so far and the app support has been great!

We needed to include the vendor (brand) in the product display on Facebook, which is not possible using Shopify's Facebook app. With the field remapping feature of Socialhead's app we were able to combine the title + vendor fields and solve our issue.
