This app is great, I only have a small suggestion to show all mapping data in the detail tab of the Overview screen of product so that I can make sure the data resynced as expected.

I upgraded this wonderful app to get even more benefit from it and needed help with establishing the functionality of the features I upgraded for. Felix helped me with great visuals that pointed exactly to what I needed to do and how it would look after completed. He was extremely polite, professional and efficient. Fantastic app to setup all of your shopping feeds via Facebook & Google. Allows endless custom field mapping to maximise your SEO return and the team with Wendy are fantastic and very fast at responding when there are any questions or issues. Really recommend them, compared to a lot of apps I have used for the function of feeds, this has been the best one and believe me, I have tried a lot that do not come anywhere near the standards of Socialshop.

Best support ever, we fixed a big problem for our ecommerce website with them. We are investing a lot of money so the feed must be 100% ACCURATE ALL THE TIME. Shopify's official plugins failed while Socialhead is AHEAD of everybody!;) Totally recommend it!

Support is amazing. But App is useless. I mean, if you want to update your catalog you can't. You can just create new catalogs to use for ads. I leave 2 starts instead of 1 because support was great.

I would like to share more about your case because you previously had a feed connected to the catalog running ads on the current feed, so Socialshop cannot completely replace the feed you currently own. . In essence, both applications create 2 sources on the Facebook catalog and work independently of each other, as I have shared, to avoid duplicate products, you need to create a new Facebook catalog and update the Socialshop feed into it. lot off errors during feed uploading. uninstaled . Worked well for facebook but for google no way to make it wright

I was able to use the app to sync up my product feeds for Facebook and Google. The free plan has been helpful as a first step. Windy from customer service has been a great help in setting up our account and diagnosing issues.
