So far really good. I am only a couple of hours into my first journey of adding a review app to my site and I am quite pleased - it's been much cleaner than first app I tried. I choose Fera after seeking more info from an article (by Fera who also reviewed other apps) but I decided to go with them as the benefits of the integrated email automations were of great interest to me and the other reviews were favourable so I took the leap. The setup guide was a breeze as was the emailing of old clients and recent orders and even have my first review live on our site.
