Bad app, every few month changes conditions to charge you more money, doesnt work properly

I just installed Fera on my Shopify store and I am pleased to say its more than impressive. It was so easy and automated to import reviews. did not require me to manually edit json and csv files. Support was prompt and they helped me get the widgets installed and my website looking so much better.

The app is easy to use, integrates well with Shopify, and offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to displaying reviews and social proof on the store. What really stands out is the support team. Even when I ran into issues, they were responsive and helped me get things working again. Overall, a powerful tool for boosting trust and conversions. Definitely recommended if you’re serious about social proof.

Google Shopping review feed has been broken for months. We have asked time and time again and it still hasn't been fixed.

It was better when it was less complicated. I have attempted to add my reviews to my website, it isn't working, I am unable to customize the widgets. I might just cancel this.

Fera has been a great app for our store. The review system is easy to use and integrates perfectly with Shopify. Their support team was also extremely helpful and solved my issue quickly. Highly recommend if you want a clean and reliable review solution.
