Bad app, every few month changes conditions to charge you more money, doesnt work properly

Great app versatile and simple to set up, no issues with getting help and guidance to resolve issues.

I just installed Fera on my Shopify store and I am pleased to say its more than impressive. It was so easy and automated to import reviews. did not require me to manually edit json and csv files. Support was prompt and they helped me get the widgets installed and my website looking so much better.

Google Shopping review feed has been broken for months. We have asked time and time again and it still hasn't been fixed.
