O aplicativo já foi bom, ultimamente só está dando dor de cabeça. As avaliações parar de aparecer sem motivo algum. Do tempo que você percebe que está sem, pode ter se passado dias sem mostrar as avaliações para os clientes. Além disso, o suporte é sempre demorado nas respostas.

During the period you mentioned, there was a Cloudflare outage that affected multiple services, which temporarily impacted the delivery of some reviews. In addition, we were completing a server migration to improve performance and reliability, which caused brief delays in displaying reviews. If you want a reliable and stable review platform, stay away from this app. Our reviews have been down for 3 days due to slowness issues on their server, which is likely causing the widgets not to display. We keep receiving the same response every time we contact them, and they still don’t know how to fix their own server in this AI era. What a shame. We are considering switching.

What a phenomenal support! I spoke to a REAL person and not a bot. In about 15-20minutes, Roel helped me resolve some programming issues, guided me in some backend configurations I was struggling with. They have a super feature which is for customers to review the store itself, which is great if you have a physical store or provides services such as workshops like we do. My previous customers have a link they can leave a quick review and it's working so well. Super recommend it Even though I use another app that has product review as one of their offers, I rather pay extra to have the reviews done by Fera. Amazing!
