L'app purtroppo ha smesso di funzionare e purtroppo siamo stati costretti a cancellarla. Peccato, ci era utile ma non sono riusciti a trovare una rapida soluzione per risolvere, almeno in parte, i problemi. Non potendo avere dei bug sul sito abbiamo disinstallato l'app

We’ve been using FERA for quite a while now (in 5 stores), and our experience is mixed. Positives: The long trial period is definitely a big plus. The frontend layout, emails, and widgets are beautifully designed and look very professional. Negatives: Annoying overlay: Across all our stores, an overlay keeps popping up suggesting we change the language. It appears on almost every page and has to be closed manually each time. Support has known about this issue for a long time, but the only “solution” offered is to use the app outside of Shopify’s backend via FERA’s own website. This might be okay for one shop, but it’s simply not practical when managing multiple stores. Translations: Managing translations is very cumbersome. They are spread across ~15 separate pages, and every time you save, you’re thrown back to page 1. Jumping directly back to, say, page 8 is not possible – you have to click through with arrows, and only four pages are shown at a time. Keyword search only works in English, not in German. There’s no option for CSV import/export, which would make things so much easier. This issue has been raised with support over a year ago but hasn’t been addressed. Review management: Approving and especially deleting reviews is far too restrictive. It’s not possible to simply remove a review without notifying the customer. While this might be due to Google guidelines, as a store owner, you should always have full control over your system. Sometimes reviews are simply false or written out of spite, and there should be a way to delete them quickly and without extra hurdles. Conclusion: FERA has potential and shines in terms of design and trial length. But in daily use, especially when running multiple stores, the issues make it unnecessarily frustrating. Improvements in usability and flexibility are urgently needed.

I changed my review from 5 stars to 3. Why is it so difficult to send emails in different languages? In the end I found out how, different campaigns with different triggers, but then the systems keeps on sending the client to my home page in another language. Does anyone have a good expierence with a review plugin that is multilingual?

So easy to use, downloaded and installed and set up in just a few minutes, used the Youtube video to show me how to do it. Changed my mind, what a pain to use. Hard upsell.

This App got more annoying and obstructive the longer I used it. The monthly limit on the Free plan needs to be much bigger, especially when compared to other, better Apps such as Judge.me. This monthly restriction soon results in constant emails from Fera saying you've exceeded your plan and need to upgrade, and cost me many reviews at Christmas time. Fera also 'auto created' a default Incentive discount of £5 off, which meant I lost money when it was used. Very annoying. I didn't even know about it until too late. I may have considered upgrading, but it jumps to £29 a month - meaning it costs more than Shopify itself!! Where do these people get their numbers? It's way too expensive. Finally, when I tried to Export my reviews, this auto action was also Blocked by Fera - something that made me even more determined to replace the App. Instead, you receive a message saying 'a member of the Fera team needs to review it' and that 'if you don't hear from them contact support' etc. etc. Disappointing.

For some reason this app ignores store configuration and lists product prices in USD. Nowhere in the app configuration could I find a resolution for this.
