I am tired of checking every single products that are linked with Amazon reviews. I was quite satisfied that customer service is quite fast and I was able to get direct answer from them though product syncs are not working properly and I am constantly asking them to check.

i like the app but sometimes i MANY problems with it, it lags, crashes, doesnt work on chrome, chats disappear... but the layout is just amazing and the reviews look really nice imo.

We could customise Fera nicely to our theme, there is also an option to send review requests from the app. However, it doesn't give us a proper option to handle unfair or fraud reviews. If you would like to decline a review, their template is all in English and it's not possible to translate it. The customer service team at the start was very helpful, lately, it's been more and more difficult to get an answer from them.

i just have install the app. I'll get back in a week once proven that it can be use for long if it really helps the business.

Looks too complicated to use. Not for beginners, would advise for users with some experience in development only

The app was great until they change the recurring charges which I had 1-year free trial. The app crash out of the blue and didn't respond at all so I was forced to uninstall it and when I try installed again it asks for recurring monthly payments. Soon later I find out that the app stops working because the change the membership plan and what bothers me is that they even took the time to letting the users like me know about the change. The app is good but not enough for fees their are asking.
I'd love to speak with you one-on-one to talk about the issues you experienced, particularly in regards to your plan. The app did not stop working because of the plan changes. We had some downtime due to a server issue, which has been resolved. With the free trial, you would not have been asked to upgrade your plan until your trial ended. However, in uninstalling the app it asked you to select a new plan upon re-installation because when you uninstall Fera it does not keep your store's data. Thanks for your review. It is ok. Could be better, I hope it will be improved, I don't like the dashboard and settings. Also, I think that it is buggy, I am not sure as I didn't use much yet.

Not Free at all. Its a 1 month trial, even less if you make certain revenue, at my rate ill be over their limit in 6 days then be forced to pay. You dont find this out unless you dig through the bottom of store settings. I just wasted 3 hours playing with config before I found this out, I guess thats a good way to sell make the person think its free and setup for hours then force a charge on them. Looks like a great app for people that buy it, giving it a 2 star for the time they wasted me setting it up, then finding out ill have to pay in a few days. - please dont email or call me
