The $9 USD basic plan never stated there was a cap on the number of reviews. I quickly hit the limit after importing my Google reviews (and it wouldn’t even let me import my Facebook reviews). Then I was told I’d need to upgrade to a $60 NZD (or 29usd) plan, and eventually to $200 NZD — which is more expensive than my website and email platform combined, both of which are far more important to my business. I also couldn’t download my new reviews because a pop-up kept appearing, saying I had to upgrade my plan. I ended up having to manually type out all my reviews before deleting the app. I’ve now moved back to Google Rocket, which is free or just $5 USD for the upgraded version with unlimited reviews — a far more reasonable price.

So far so good....ease of use and importing outside reviews were very easy...very user friendly.

Very straightforward and affordable app. Easy to setup. Support has been great. We are still looking to boost review activity from customers but so far so good.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, use judge.me reviews instead. I’ve been using this app for 4 years, but I’ve now decided to switch to a more affordable alternative. After canceling my plan, I was immediately locked out of the app — even though I had already paid for the current billing cycle and should still have access until it ends. This feels unfair and unprofessional. If I paid for the service, I should be able to use it until the period I paid for expires. Very disappointing experience after years of loyalty. Edit after their reply: They are completely lying. It took days for them to reinstate even basic access, despite multiple complaints to their customer service and also to Shopify. However, the access they provided was useless—it wasn’t at the membership level I had paid for, which is necessary to operate the app normally. The app remained completely unusable, so they were acting in bad faith, and as you can see from this reply, they still are in bad faith. Stay away from these people. In the end, Shopify itself had to reimburse me for the app fee, admitting Fera acted very wrongly, refusing to provide the service I had already paid for, and also refusing to reimburse me.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as you reached out, we restored your access so you can use the app for the rest of your billing cycle. Thank you for being with us these past four years.
