We've been using Fera on our Shopify store and absolutely love it! The app works flawlessly and has been a fantastic addition to our setup. Approving reviews before they post, replying, and auto AI are used by us across our 3 shopify stores, depending on which store it is. Nice features, great app, great price.

The only review app that will not let you download the reviews from your own shop within minutes. You have to wait several hours (more than 12 in our case - and still waiting) because Fera wants to check and find out why you want to download your own reviews! Too much control and weirdness. We're going elsewhere.

I used Fera's free plan for a long time and was quite satisfied — until they suddenly canceled the free version. They removed access to the plan and deleted all my reviews and completely reset my account, as if I had never used the platform. This kind of treatment is extremely disappointing. I lost valuable customer feedback and trust in the service. I do not recommend relying on Fera if you value stability and transparency.

I have recently started to use Fera. It is quite simple process to intergrate it with shopify store and also theire customer support on an issue I was having was solved within 3 hours of me sending an email to their support team. So far so good.
