Shortly after downloading Fera i had some issues relating to settings i changed in Shopify (prior to downloading Fera), the error page prompted me to communicate with support. Based on past experience with other apps, I fully expected to meet a very unhelpful bot on the other end of the chat, that was NOT the case. Instead I was connected with Roel (a real person!) who was quick to respond on a Sunday night no less. He patiently assisted me with not only Fera but with fixing settings in chrome and Shopify to ensure that everything was running as it should. I HIGHLY recommend this app extension for your store even though i'm only just starting, i am confident that if any issues arise it will get sorted by someone knowledgeable and kind.
