Super fucking scammy. Suddenly charged me after two years of being on a free plan, and now they are refusing to refund me after charging WITHOUT notice. They sent me a screen shot of when I used the app for a month in 2023 as justification to charge me without my permission. Completely giving me the runaround and stealing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Working with Shopify because it's something Fera has done often recently and have had to step in to retrieve refunds for small stores like mine
