We've been using fero for a month now and it has been very insightful for our checkout process. The depth of analysis it provides for the checkout stage which is hard to track has given us actionable insights into customer behavior and conversion barriers. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the team at Fero have been incredibly responsive. Their expertise has help us make data-driven decisions to improve customer checkout experience.

We are at the start of our journey with Fero, and so far, the service has been wonderful. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Gaining more analysis of our customers checkout behaviours is allowing us to be more strategic in our marketing planning, and re-evaluate our path to checkout too.

We have just had our first month of data and analysis with FERO but have been so impressed already. The depth of analysis is so impressive. Chris and Rodrigo not only undertake the analysis but communicate it so clearly and effectively for what it entails for us, especially in an area where we otherwise struggle to analyse shopper's behaviours and what their barriers to purchasing may be. We are excited to collect even more data so we can have greater analysis and have actionable insights to help improve our checkout performance.

We used Conversion Companion to analyse exactly where our customers were dropping off during checkout. They were able to show us insights into the drop-off percentages at every stage of the journey, giving us detail as to where our customer's biggest pain points were. The team are fantastic and very responsive to any request.

Shamballa Jewels has been working with Fero for about six months now. The great thing about Fero is that they can provide data during the checkout phase, which is normally hard to obtain. At Shamballa Jewels, we have been using this data to make data-driven decisions and increase our website revenue. The dashboard they provide is very intuitive, easy to navigate, and gives a clear overview of how to improve performance. Chris is a great guy, and he quickly understood the challenges we face at Shamballa regarding the checkout flow. He comes up with concrete ideas to enhance the process and minimize disruptions for our customer.
