Logística de envio muito lenta, demoram dias para um produto sair da China e chegar ao Brasil e nesse período ficamos sem informação do rastreio, porque simplesmente o rastreamento não avisa nada, não tem atualização, são profissionais sim, minha agente é boa, mas em questão de comunicação, são péssimos. Estou pedindo uma informação simples faz tempo e não tenho resposta, procuro alguém no chat e não respondem.
