Due to frequent stock shortages, I received numerous order refund complaints from customers. I later discovered that only the tracking numbers had been updated, but there was no actual tracking information. Because of this, I had to compensate customers a large sum of money.

I used it for a while. It seemed like a large-scale operation with a bright future, but in practice, things often didn't go as planned. I would place orders for customers and pay high shipping fees to get the goods to them as soon as possible, but the orders were always delayed. Some orders were even delayed for more than 10 days. Before I placed the order, they said they had enough stock, but they could never ship the goods after I placed the order because they were out of stock. It was very puzzling, and customer service didn't offer any solutions.

This app was extremely disappointing. First, the currency and prices had to be manually converted. Worse still, there were no product descriptions at all, and they were very vague. Shipping was also incredibly slow, with some orders taking over 15 days to ship. Customer service was also consistently unreachable. I personally do not recommend using this app.

Hello, we are very surprised by this comment because our backend data shows a completely different situation. Your account was registered on the same day, and the app was installed just that day. It's impossible for it to show "used for a period of time" or "delayed by 10 days" within a few hours of installation. 2. Order Records: Our system shows that your store has no orders. We haven't had the opportunity to process any shipping or inventory for you. 3. Store Status: We noticed that your Shopify store is not yet activated/open. We take order fulfillment very seriously, and our customer service staff are always online. Please contact us if there is any misunderstanding or misidentification, and we will be happy to clarify.
