The response was slow, customer service was indifferent and perfunctory, showing no sincerity in their service, and the issues raised remained unresolved. Logistics tracking inexplicably stalled for over ten days without updates, and the product was never delivered without any explanation or proposed solution. After-sales service was practically nonexistent, the experience was extremely poor, and the service was severely substandard. I must give this app a bad review and avoid it!

Before the partnership, they promised express delivery within 8-15 days, but after using their services, it often took 25-35 days for delivery, and packages were frequently lost! I refunded the customers, but they refused to refund my cost price. Because of their inconsistent delivery times, the store has received a ton of negative reviews that are beyond repair. They make excuses for not refunding canceled orders and damaged items, which is a typical case of misleading customers into partnerships, neglecting after-sales service, showing no regard for contracts, and being extremely dishonest!

It was great experience until you get a quote and you tell them its to high price (maybe we could negotiate with buying thousands of units) but they make fun of it. Very unprofessional. Seeking another place.

I downloaded this app, only to be very disappointed. there are no options of changing the displayed currency to other currencies. So everything has to be converted. Then to top it off there are no product descriptions with anything. The shipping also seems a little long compared to other sites. Maybe when you get this sorted i will come back, it is a shame as you have some lovely products.
