Utilizo a FForder há 2 anos em parceria da 3Cliques com uma empresa chinesa de logística. Sempre buscaram resolver todos os problemas relativos à entrega dos pedidos da minha loja, que não foram poucos, mas não por culpa dos agentes chineses, e sim por causa da indescritível incompetência, morosidade e falta de ética da alfândega brasileira e dos Correios do Brasil. Depois de anos de percalços com o famigerado programa Remessa Conforme em combinação com os Correios, finalmente adotaram duas transportadoras privadas internacionais. Quanto ao app em si, sempre funcionou bem, com bugs e problemas apenas temporários, que sempre foram corrigidos prontamente. Recomendo sem pestanejar.
