Ich kann Uploadly nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die App funktioniert problemlos und bietet eine tolle Lösung für meine Bedürfnisse. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Support. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Services, die nur mit KIs arbeiten, bekommt man hier schnell und kompetent Hilfe von echten Menschen. Das hat mir enorm viel Zeit und Stress erspart. Einfach klasse, wenn der Support so zuverlässig und hilfsbereit ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The app was working well on the free plan. Absolutely deplorable though that when I reached the max amount of use on the free plan there was no notification or indication the upload field disappeared from my store. I had no idea why store visits were high and sales were low, until someone reached out. No idea how many sales I missed out on because there was no way for me to know... Awful.
Thank you for your review. We were a bit surprised by your feedback, as we always notify our users when they reach the plan limit. A notification is sent via email to the main account, and additionally, a large red banner is clearly displayed within the app. You chose the free plan, fully aware that it comes with a 20-file limit in total. By selecting this plan, you agreed to it's terms and conditions. However we really appreciate your thoughts.

I had some technical issues setting up the app, and the support team went above and beyond to help me out. They were quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly. To top it off, they even gave me a special offer to compensate me for the trouble, which I really appreciated! If you're looking for an app with excellent customer service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend this one.
