File Upload & Image ‑ Uploadly

Great!

I love the service, but I wish there was a way to let customers know when they leave backgrounds on some of the files they upload.

I use uploadly daily so clients can upload photos and files with their custom orders, works like a charm, been using it for a couple years now on two websites.

I really like this app. Never had any issues. Pascal was incredibly helpful in solving a tricky technical issue with our photo upload button on Shopify. The problem involved a custom code workaround with our box builder app, and Pascal worked through it thoroughly and communicated clearly throughout. Really appreciated the support - thank you!

Extremely bad customer support; left everything to the AI chatbot, which is useless and replies with the same answers. I was thinking of upgrading to the paid plan, but now I'm uninstalling it and never recommend it to anyone!!!

This app works great for our business. Customers are able to easily upload their images so we can print them.

Great app but even better customer service. I have reached out twice now and each time, they are quick, kind and get the job done.

Shopify customer service is extremely helpful. They get back to you in minutes. They have always understood what I was trying to do. The app works very well with Shopify and what I want with all of my products. I haven't had any issues.
