We recently installed Uploadly for our Shopify store, hoping to streamline the process of file uploads on our product pages. While the app functions well in terms of file uploads, we were extremely disappointed by the pricing structure. The app works effectively only on the Unlimited plan, but the price more than doubled from when we installed the app on another store on the Unlimited plan at a much lower cost. When we reached out to the developer to see if they could match the price from our other store, we were told it was not possible. This response was frustrating with the attitude from support, especially since they had the opportunity to secure our business for multiple stores (we were ready to commit to a second and third store). Instead, they turned down the opportunity, effectively losing our potential sales and future business. In the end, while the app itself works as advertised on the unlimited plan, the lack of flexibility on pricing and poor customer service has left a bad taste in our mouths. We are now looking for alternatives and will not be using Uploadly for any future stores. Very disappointed.

On March 21, 2024, you reached out to us requesting a lower-priced plan. You claim that Anna from our support team denied your request, but that is not accurate. Anna explained that the new pricing plans are higher to cover the infrastructure costs, as the older plans were no longer sustainable. However, she also informed you that it’s perfectly fine for you to subscribe to the unlimited plan and benefit from app credits as part of the offer. Given this, your review appears to misrepresent the situation. We kindly ask you to reach out to us so we can clarify things further, as your review is both misleading and factually incorrect. Die App war viel einfacher einzurichten als andere vergleichbare Apps. Konflikte mit dem verwendeten Theme wurden vom App Betreiber innerhalb von 24h gelöst. Die App funktioniert nun Fehlerfrei, soweit wir das bisher einschätzen können.

I would definitely recommend this app. It works perfectly for what I need for my new business and it was fairly easy to install. I ran into some issues and reached out to customer service and was very surprised at how quickly they responded! Ana was very helpful and provided videos explaining the process and after i made all corrections I asked her to please review my site to see if all Uploadly configurations were correct and she confirmed all was well. Despite the difference in time zones they responded quickly and answered all my concerns. Thank you Uploadly team!

Great app, amazing customer service! I had a small issue with this app but their developer team fixed it very quickly. Their app is perfect integrated in my Shopify Store. I will highly recommend this app if you need to let your customers to upload images. 5 Stars well deserved !

Our customers have told us they love how easy it is to upload images. The best feature is the ability to attach a note to each uploaded image. Also, tech support is very fast, and they fixed perfectly a little issue we had. Most users will need the unlimited plan. We are very happy with Uploadly and highly recommend it!

App works smoothly and best of all: customer service is great. I was having problems setting things up in my webstore anycustomprint.com and Anna took care of me like a pro. All I had to do was giving them permission to access my webstore and lifting my hands from the keyboard. Next thing I knew was that it was working and they also explained to me what I was doing wrong in the initial setup. Long time since I don't see someone deserving a 5 star review as clearly as this app and the humans behind it.

Do your customers need to upload files quickly and without losing quality? Uploadly IS YOUR SOLUTION Totally intuitive, quick to install and configure, with customization options, everything you need to receive files in products. On top of that, Anna helped me with some internal settings in less than 24 hours! I can only say good things about this app, with an intuitive interface for both the customer and you, a real Must-Have!
