Anna helped me with an issue where I thought Uploadly was conflicting with another personalization app by a supplier Im using, but turns out I was targeting that collection in error and Anna was able to help me promptly and very quickly. Customer support so far is great. Haven't had other errors with the app so far.

Amazing plugin if you want to enable file uploads with your order. Great support as well. We needed some changes to the layout of the file upload dialog which the devs sorted out for us in no time. Thanks for the quality service!

The setup process was super easy! We ran into a little issue with the image not showing up on the backend, but Anna and the team swooped in almost immediately and saved the day! Recommend this app 1000%!

My store had an old, not so easy to use theme installed and i was having trouble incorporating this app. I reached out to support and in less than a few hours (Keep in mind i went to sleep for about 7 hours) woke up and had this issue resolved. Support was extremely prompt with responses and helped me get everything i needed from this app.

I recently started using the 'Uploadly' app for my online business, PortrayMe, where we provide AI-generated artistic transformations of individuals. The nature of our service requires customers to upload multiple images, and 'Uploadly' has been instrumental in facilitating this process seamlessly. However, I encountered an issue with the display of uploaded images on the cart page which appeared cluttered, especially when customers uploaded the maximum number of images. This app has transformed by business. Even it were just for the productivity on my side, it would be worth it! I save so much time on back and forth with clients, people pushing the boundaries of what I'll customize for them ... and your tools have eliminated 99% of those problems!! Now if only I could get it for my Etsy shop, too!!
