I wanted to add custom shirts to my store smilingwombat. I saw Uploadly in the app store and it fit my needs exactly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't install it myself. I made a support request and it was answered almost immediately. I had the app installed the next day. GREAT! These guys are the best.
Great app which performs as it says, my customers can now upload their images exactly as I needed them too without any loss in resolution. The customer service is amazing, quick, responsive and solves any problems.
I can't believe how nice this app works. I had trouble setting it up (it was me) and their support was wonderful. I highly recommend this app.
The worse app. Don't download it. They force you to pay immediately without trial and their app is very bad.
Hey, we saw that you had trouble by using our app. You already installed and deinstalled the app few times over a longer period of time. Thatswhy there was no longer a trial or free version for you available. We have 24/7 customer support, so no need to leave a one star review. Just ask and we will do the Setup for you at any time. You have to understand that sometimes it's required to first ask the support to help you out. Because each theme and onlineshop is different. The code behind your store is always different. We have send you a developer request to help you out and to help you with the setup of the app. Unfortunately, you declined this request, so we could not help you. We working hard with our team! It's a great app. Out of all the image upload apps I downloaded, this was the only one that allowed you to adjust the shape of the button. It was so easy to use & a great price. I also love that it includes ALL files. Not just jpgs. I highly recommend it.
Downloaded it and experienced no problem for a couple of weeks. However, encountered a crash recently but Support helped me within the day.
Nice visuals, works great. The support is amazing aswell. I had a Problem with blocking file formats. When i contacted the support, I got an instant reply. The support was extremely friendly and very helpful. They fixed the Problem in no time. Would always recommend their Software.
