I wanted to add custom shirts to my store smilingwombat. I saw Uploadly in the app store and it fit my needs exactly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't install it myself. I made a support request and it was answered almost immediately. I had the app installed the next day. GREAT! These guys are the best.

Speaking about the app, the words are useless. The app integrates perfectly in every store and it is fast enough for my expectations and the quality of the uploads is incredible. Speaking about the support I needed, I'm spechless. The team just answered my problems on a Sunday afternoon, and in the Monday morning, my problem was solved. It's amazing!

Great app which performs as it says, my customers can now upload their images exactly as I needed them too without any loss in resolution. The customer service is amazing, quick, responsive and solves any problems.

The app will help me in the future to receive files from customers who want to add a personal greeting card to the flowers. The support was super nice and quickly accessible.

I did a test order where I uploaded and imaged, I searched for the image in the order section but, I can't seem to find where the file is stored.
Hi, thanks for your review. Did you already contacted our support under the following email? ([email protected]) Please contact us for further help. Maybe some settings are wrong or your theme is not overtaking the files into the checkout. Also please note that the app will work just with the Shopify Checkout. Thanks for your understanding

I used this app but have a problem with counting the price for uploaded pictures. If customer upload more pictures - (bulk upload) app add only 1x price for product even if customer upload 10 pictures at once. I contacted the support but I did not get the help with that problem. App is nice and working good but need to be upgrated : pcitures x price. Hope it will be better.

The worse app. Don't download it. They force you to pay immediately without trial and their app is very bad.

Thatswhy there was no longer a trial or free version for you available. I was having an issue with the app showing up on my website, the developers reached out and with trail and error they finally found a solution. Now the app works perfectly!! Definitely recommend, the customer service alone is 5 stars!!

This app is exactly what I needed so I can get photos for customization. The customer support is TOP NOTCH. A shoutout to Anna who puts up with my stupid questions. :) They are fast with replying and I appreciate the help they give. For me, the app was difficult to install...but then again, I'm lucky if I can peel a banana to eat it. Thanks again!

It's a great app. Out of all the image upload apps I downloaded, this was the only one that allowed you to adjust the shape of the button. It was so easy to use & a great price. I also love that it includes ALL files. Not just jpgs. I highly recommend it.
