I was having an issue with the app showing up on my website, the developers reached out and with trail and error they finally found a solution. Now the app works perfectly!! Definitely recommend, the customer service alone is 5 stars!!

This app is exactly what I needed so I can get photos for customization. The customer support is TOP NOTCH. A shoutout to Anna who puts up with my stupid questions. :) They are fast with replying and I appreciate the help they give. For me, the app was difficult to install...but then again, I'm lucky if I can peel a banana to eat it. Thanks again!

It's a great app. Out of all the image upload apps I downloaded, this was the only one that allowed you to adjust the shape of the button. It was so easy to use & a great price. I also love that it includes ALL files. Not just jpgs. I highly recommend it.

I had som trouble uploading files to my shop. I contacted them and the morning after they told me what was wrong. I solve the issue and now it works great again. Super fast response

It's really easy to use and does exactly what I needed it to do. Great and quick response from the team when I needed help which is a bonus. Overall very happy with it and have no issues at all, definitely recommended and will carry on using it.

Downloaded it and experienced no problem for a couple of weeks. However, encountered a crash recently but Support helped me within the day.

Nice visuals, works great. The support is amazing aswell. I had a Problem with blocking file formats. When i contacted the support, I got an instant reply. The support was extremely friendly and very helpful. They fixed the Problem in no time. Would always recommend their Software.

It looked like a greate app but it did not work on my store and the customer support service never answered to my questions.

This is a great app! Very simple to instal, upload all files correctly, plus, the client can add text in each photo. Love it, thank you so much for this, It really made all things easier,

Ich habe diese App verwendet wegen der Upload Funktion , für ein personalisiertes Produkt , wenige Tage später hat sich die Funktion von selber entfernet und Kunden konnten auch nichts mehr hochladen , deswegen habe ich die App deinstalliert und seit dem kommt bei mir auch das neu laden von der Produktseite. Also wenn ich auf mein Produkt klicke tut es automatisch ohne pause die Seite neu laden. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Schlechten Bewertungen aber diese App würde ich niemanden weiter empfehlen.
Hallo, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Leider hast du kein Support Ticket eröffnet. Das Upload Feld ist kostenlos bis 25 Uploads für Entwicklungszwecke. Werden die 25 Uploads überschritten, deaktiviert sich das Feld. Weiterhin wurde dein Shop geschlossen und wieder eröffnet ohne einen App Plan auszuwählen. Daher ist diese Bewertung unangebracht.

Useless App. Also, it crashed my store as well, after installing the app my product is not working properly. It keeps refreshing again and again.
Dear Customer, this rating is unfortunately misleading. The performance of our app is monitored around the clock by our developers, as well as support is available around the clock and any errors are fixed in an average of 30 minutes. When using external themes and other apps that overwrite products, there may be glitches that our team will be happy to fix. Uploader Button!!! I like this App BUT. I cant use it. Everything seems to work except on a mobile phone. On the phone I tried multiple times to tap it but nothing happened. Then I accidentally double tapped it and it engaged. Sadly mobile phone users will not know or understand this. I checked the settings to see if any changes can be made but I haven't seen anything to this. I am bummed, I really thought this was a game changer. Everything else on this app is perfect!

Please check it and let us know if the upload button is now selectable after one click.
