Finaloop is the best financial reporting we have used in our small business CROSSNET over last 7 years. The dashboard allows me to see all sales, credit card balances, bank balances, etc without having to login to each portal. The accuracy of the financial reporting is second to none with there source of truth accounting going to each of the statements and matching transactions. I highly recommend Finaloop to any business owner. I think the pricing structure is fair based on the volume of transactions / sales. 10/10

Finaloop's product and service are incredible. I was hesitant about transferring from QBO and having a discrepancy in my books, but the support team at Finaloop is intelligent and fast; they have the answers to my (many) questions quickly! And it looks like they are always improving the product and taking customer requests seriously. I'm excited to finally have real-time inventory tracking and balance sheet access. Shout out to Sam, Alex, and Zoe!

Finaloop is phenomenal. Support is fast. The development team is clearly talented. UI is dynamite. Real-time books have never been so easy. It's a software that a CEO/Founder like myself enjoys signing into. In turn, this improves my financial awareness of my business, allowing me to make better decisions. A breath of fresh air after moving off of QuickBooks. I am super excited to see the Finaloop team continue to build on top of this already strong platform.

Finaloop has been a game changer for our business. With only two of us wearing many hats within the organization, finding ways to optimize our time is crucial. With Finaloop, I am now able to pass off almost all of our accounting work, saving me 20+ hours a month of bookkeeping. This has allowed us to focus more on growing the business and managing higher leverage activities. Not only is Finaloop incredible and Bookkeeping, they excel when it comes to tax time. Finaloop has been nothing short of amazing. Bookkeeping used to be a giant headache and the books were almost always closed weeks after the close of the month. Now with Finaloop I have 100% accurate books daily and barely have to lift a finger. I highly recommend their services.

Finaloop is absolutely fantastic. After struggling with Xero + A2X and going through multiple bookkeepers that clearly didn't understand ecommerce, inventory, or accrual accounting, Finaloop was such a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend them enough.

We looked through many accounting software options. Legacy companies are all insanely expensive not built with an e-commerce first approach. Finaloop has all of the features of the most expensive platforms and more using their AI tech for a fraction of the price. Customer service and account managers are responsive in a timely manner and always resolve any questions or issues we have. Highly recommend.

I 100 percent find Finaloop as my hero! I haven’t been able to subscribe yet because I need 1/1/23 and on but I did the free trial and support was amazing through it. It matched my Shopify 100 percent almost and I could’ve helped make it match all the way. I look forward to coming to them when I get my books done and 2023 taxes filed. However I won’t if I have to keep learning all this on my own and I get it to match on my own. I have been a sole proprietor LLC since 2021. I am one person, I make profit of 8-10k a year and since March of 2024 bc of my books being a mess after a cpa who wasn’t familiar with commerce or Shopify got me for over a year now I have no books. I’m determined to learn this on my own since I’ve invested 80 perfect of my shop income to learn it since March 1 and thrown over $100 in integration apps since then. I never paid Finaloop a dime and they not only keep me from paying for qb but they lay it out and ask questions when not sure via your tasks. 30 for qb online or 65 for them who handles 3rd party payouts and literally all of it for $65 and don’t require qb to send it too! They even gave me a deal for catch up from 750 to 500. They are great

I am updating my review. Out of frustration on my last review, which was not really the issue on Finaloop but with my banks. Finaloop has gone above and beyond to rectify this for me. I really love the interface and overall seamless integration. They have the best customer support and are there to help. Thank you again Finaloop team.

Truly amazing! I don't review much and will sound like a fanboy here because I am. I want to help these guys all I can because they are great. Finaloop is MADE FOR ECOMMERCE. Not only is Finaloop a very well designed app with an intuitive, deceptively simple UI that makes it a breeze to use, it's also a FULL FLEDGED bookkeeping and accounting system that replaces QuickBooks, Xero, etc.! We've been looking for a QBO alternative for years - Finaloop is not only an alternative - it is FAR SUPERIOR. And that's not all! Finaloop is a real accounting firm so they can literally become your accounting department and even do your (US business) taxes! Your books are monitored by a full staff of human accountants that are always there to help! Finaloop has revolutionized our bookkeeping/accounting by removing all the stress, reducing bookkeeping time to a few minutes a month (!!) and providing reports that we can trust. No more reconciling bank, CC, PayPal statements EVER - Finaloop does it all in real time. Finaloop processes raw data by read-only access to the original sources so the numbers are 100% accurate. Platform is so easy to use, all my reports are at my fingertips. Anytime, anywhere, 24/7. Whenever I have a problem, the customer service team fixes it SO fast. One of the best customer support teams I've had the pleasure of working with. If you're considering it, dive right in. Hands down the best financial app I've used, and is WAY easier to use and WAY less hectic than quickbooks

To say I was frustrated with Quickbooks was an understatement. All of the things that old horse was terrible at — syncing with Shopify, Amazon, Faire and Chase— Finaloop does with ease. Because it's built for a modern e-commerce stack, it has allowed me to reduce my monthly bookkeeping costs by $400/month. I was skeptical of the service before I started, but their team is very responsive and helpful! I wish I'd started this years ago.

I have been a mired mess of numbers since I launched my shop. I HATED Quickbooks. I thought capturing and categorizing was all I needed to do. But no, there was more manual stuff like reconciling bank statements and spreadsheets from Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other sites for the accountant. By year 6, my books gave my accountant a headache because I had grown, sold more items that were not tracked in QB, (why didn't Shopify and QB sync?) my books were just impossible because I hadn't fixed it from the first year. I'm a solopreneur who is a creative - so this admin stuff is a drag to me, but I know it's gotta get done. Frustrated, I searched for a plug in. I knew Shopify had 3rd party partners and that's when I saw the reviews for FINALOOP. It was cheaper than QB and there was a 14 day trial period. I connected my accounts and selling platforms, and the AI categorized recognizable entries! The unclear entries I had to enter, but then the AI knows how to handle it for the next sync. OMG, I wish I had found Finaloop sooner!!! If you're not sure about Finaloop, don't hesitate. The team is super responsive and eager to help!

Wow just wow! This tool saves hoursssss of work and more importantly, its real-time COGS feature makes it a must-have for any ecom operator. It's actually the best and most important tool next to triple whale and Shopify. It's also cheaper than having a bookkeeper. It's actual real-time financials in an ecom biz... which is all but nonexistent except with this tool. Don't walk run to switching from QBO or whatever you are using. Your bookkeeper will tell you 'they are not sure if you should' but they are wrong. Switch switch switch switch!!! The team is awesome and so attentive. You get answers to questions in hours or 24 hours max.

Finaloop has provided a HUGE improvement to our bookkeping process and visibility to detailed P&L information across all channels.
