This company ILLEGALLY stole $70 from my bank account without any permission. I am filling a criminal complain against this company, and presenting it to Shopify. I want my money back and I want Shopify to take action against this, because they are scamming people. DO NOT INSTALL THIS!
All charges and terms of the plan must be accepted through Shopify billing window so we cannot charge until the merchant agrees with the terms. We also refunded the merchant full amount as we always do. When we contacted the merchant thorough email and Facebook, they started insulting us, being racist while we wanted to help them and explain the charges. We reported this to Shopify, hopefully action is taken.

Very Great customer service and really great response time even though their team is on the opposite side of the planet from me. Their app is also pack full of awesome features and their price is very competitive to better than other apps that do the same. all in all, I would give them 10 stars if I could :)

If I could 100 STARS I would. This program made us money and the best part was the customer service to help us make that money was amazing. They have short videos they make on the fly to show you exactly what you can do...They are personal made just for you. If you want to increase your sales and marketing this APP is AMAZING.....we used if for over 2 years now.

Great app all around! They offer so much in this one app such as order confirmation, web pushes, promos creation, refund confirmation, etc. for both SMS and email. It is well worth the purchase.

i used this app for web push. excellent service their customer support is top notch. I have had a recent experience with increasing web push messages, and i get great rate and help.

your service for a small owner like me is so helpful your customer service is so helpful and responsive at any time! my customers love the text reminder feature it was a quick for me to see how much business i was losing with out this feature before!

This app is very easy to use, the automatizations give results faster and the support team is awesome, they respond very quick, it help me to apply customizations, i really like this app

Very easy to use and configure SMS campaigns, with lots of options. The customer service I've received when I did have issues, which has not been often, has been exceptional. Very responsive and helped me fix issues right away.

The App itself is alright, however the customer service is great. Very friendly and super helpful. Was able to guide me through all my questions and help set up my plan for me. 5stars for customer support!

One of the essentials of my online store as the push notifications are a better alternative to popups that most annoys most lead anyways.

New user but so far customer service has been prompt (even though all my issues were user error) will change rating if i feel the need to *edit: nope the customer service has been constistently pretty bad. still a good app though

I used this app to send text marketing to my customers. The app is so efficient and the live support is super fast and responsive. Awesome investment. I am super happy with it.

Learning to figure out SMS and found this app. Decided to install and play with it.Since I installed, every question I came across the customer support team has been excellent in helping me resolve it. They even send helpful videos to understand functionality better or access hidden data. I can't speak to the sales portion yet because we are still working on it. Would write update once that happens. Pricing is fair. So far my experience has been great. Would highly recommend.
