The app is solid and the support is even better. Working out bugs and rolling out new features all the time. Lots of value here over some of the more established SMS/email marketing and Abandoned Cart apps. This combines multiple apps.

I initially installed this for the push notifications but soon found out and was pleasantly surprised by the SMS feature which actually works better for me. I also engaged customer support on push notification questions and their approach has been very all inclusive going as far as to evaluate my site speed and advise on why the push request was not firing at ideal times and offered multiple suggestions on how I can improve this. Overall a great experience.
