On day one of using the app, we’re already having an excellent experience. Tom was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and quickly implemented all of our requested changes. The level of customer service has been outstanding. Although we were initially quoted a 24-hour response time, we received a reply within the hour, and all updates were completed within just two hours. Truly impressive support right from the start!

We have tested many Shopify apps over the years and Flair has genuinely been one of the best support experiences we have had. The app itself is clean, flexible and works very well, but what really stands out is the level of support and willingness to help. Great app across the whole site. We use it in cart for some special offers, on product collections to notify of fast moving products, and on product pages to definte offers.

Fantastic app & great help & advice

Intuitive user interface with lots of customization options based on a plethora of variables. Badge/label elements are easy to place in desired locations using the visual theme editor and/or code (supported by user friendly documentation). Ability to schedule publishing and unpublishing makes preparation for timed events effortless. Support staff is quick to reply and knowledgeable.
