Great app, this app has help us a lot with our international shipping. They have great customer service and we are now shipping to markets around the world that we didn't ship to before,

The Flavorcloud team always goes above and beyond to help with my business. International shipping is usually such a headache for a small business, but the Flavorcloud app integrates easily into checkout (I love that customers can pay for customs and duties up front so there are no surprises upon delivery) and makes shipping orders very easy. If there are any hiccups, the Flavorcloud team is very responsive and works quickly to resolve the issue.

The team at FlavorCloud are super responsive to any issues and are very hands-on with their support. Beyond being able to address any problems we've encountered, they are great informational resources about international shipping and logistics in general.

Flavorcloud has been a great solution for our company to offer DDP shipping. The checkout experience is seamless for customers, and it is easy to expand our shipping options to additional countries. We did have a couple of technical challenges with printing out of the gate, but the FC team is incredibly responsive and works quickly to solve any issues and answer any customer-related questions. In the few months we have been using the app, they have also made some tracking updates that have greatly improved the customer experience. Very happy!

This app is insane! I can't believe that I have been able to set up international shipping in my store within 2 weeks after opening. The team was very professional and actually helped with a live setup in my store. My store is currently sold out, but I will give an update when I start fulfilling international orders. This system is a game changer for us. As our COO, I have used many shipping services and understand how "it all works." To have an app that installs quickly to give real time quotes based on country and service is really great and easy. I would say what it comes down to is cost, and the shipping costs are much lower than our old services. There's 2 services, standard and express and they quote out all of their carriers (post, fedex, ups, dhl, etc) based on the "lanes" and the destination country. Long story short, it's worth installing and trying it out. It's easy to work with and the costs are a game changer. Hope that helps

I would highly recommend flavor cloud for international check out. The app was super simple to integrate and the company provided excellent support by walking us through each step of the way. The technology/platform itself is user friendly. Also, if I ever have any questions their team is on top of it. They respond very quickly and are always super pleasant to work with!

We had been struggling with the complexity of international orders for some time - it was a real problem given that @50% of the business was from outside the US. FlavorCloud was a great solution for us - we were live in 24 hrs and were able to ship orders straight away. The customer experience is very good and creates consumer confidence in the checkout and reduces post shipment Customer Service. The operator interface is intuitive allowing for ease of shipping and the creation of tailored programs & promotions. The economics look good and we are more profitable given the increased conversion, lack of CS and reduced shipping rates (all of which more than offsets the fees, which are on an order basis so no fixed costs). Great app and great team who support us - highly recommended.

We couldn’t be happier with Flavor Cloud. They make international shipping a breeze (words I never thought I would say). They eliminate the stress of having to deal with customs speed bumps, their rates are reasonable, shipments are all easily tracked, and the up-front payment of duties and taxes mean our customers get their product that much faster and don’t receive any expensive surprise fee’s upon delivery. The few problems we’ve had have been short lived as the Flavor Cloud team is very quick to respond to emails and help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service! The user interface of the app becomes intuitive after a short learning curve and you can tell they’re working hard to refine the experience. All in all, a top-notch international shipping service!

This app is amazing. It gives us great rates on FedEx Express for shipments to Canada and globally. We've definitely seen our volume of international shipment increase as a result. Most importantly, this app allows us to collect and pay duty upfront, giving transparency to the customer and preventing delays in customs. The app autogenerates customs forms for each shipment so we simply have to print and ship. And whenever we've had any questions on international shipments, the support team is very responsive and helped resolve things in a short time frame allowing us to respond to our customers in a very timely way. This is very important for our customer service team. Definitely give this app a try! There's a small learning curve to get things set up but once you are using it on the regular you'll be stoked.

I use this app to ship out our international orders. It's very helpful because the customer pays for the shipping label and duty charges up front so there is no surprise fee when they receive their package. The only thing I would say is to make sure all of your HS codes are up to date one very single item on your website or else it will not charge the customer duty fees and you could be looking at spending a lot of money to get the order shipped to them. Hoping that HS codes will be more automatic in the future!
