FlavorCloud – Global Shipping

I use this app to ship out our international orders. It's very helpful because the customer pays for the shipping label and duty charges up front so there is no surprise fee when they receive their package. The only thing I would say is to make sure all of your HS codes are up to date one very single item on your website or else it will not charge the customer duty fees and you could be looking at spending a lot of money to get the order shipped to them. Hoping that HS codes will be more automatic in the future!

Great App for shipping internationally! Customers are made aware of the import duties they will owe at checkout so no more suprises when they receive our product. The international rates are some of the best we have found and the customer support we received has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

Flavorcloud has completely transformed our international shipping business. We use a 3PL and previously were unable to have tracking and duty information relay directly to the customer upon checkout and shipment. With this app those issues are no more. Now our customer can see a shipping service rate with the rate for shipping and duties clearly shown at checkout, AND they're getting better express shipping options. Additionally, it's really easy for our 3PL to print out the paperwork needed to ship out the packages, saving us all time and fees. The back end is transparent and data is easily exportable. Lastly, the customer service is top notch. Rathna and her team have been available 24/7 for any issues that have come up and have quickly addressed them with prompt communication. Great app. Great service and always improving. Love it!
