I've tried multiple loyalty program applications before, but I often found limited support and integration options for India-based D2C stores, not to mention the high subscription costs. Then, through word of mouth, we discovered Flits. The support from their team has been phenomenal—they are responsive and provide timely assistance, even during non-working hours and late at night, addressing issues immediately. The integration possibilities with Flits are extensive, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is set up perfectly. One of the standout features is their enhanced account page, which transforms Shopify’s basic setup into a more comprehensive, user-friendly experience. Flits has truly elevated our store’s capabilities!

Simple setup, complete functions, and excellent service The interface is still very beautiful It can effectively enhance user loyalty, but it may have little effect on my store. For stores with strong repurchase ability, this plugin can probably increase many orders

I’ve a great experience with the Flits app!
