Flits has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. The loyalty program is easy to manage and genuinely helps drive repeat purchases, while the upgraded customer account page creates a much better user experience. Setup was smooth, and their support team is excellent. Highly recommend!

Flits is an amazing app! It integrates seamlessly with multiple other apps like Return Prime, which makes our workflow so much smoother. Alle Fragen und Sonderwünsche – selbst am Wochenende – wurden extrem schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert beantwortet. Der Support ist nicht nur schnell, sondern auch sehr kompetent und geht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein. Das Treueprogramm lässt sich flexibel anpassen (z. B. Umbenennung von „Punkten“ in „Prämien“) und bietet auch für Endkunden eine großartige Nutzererfahrung. Wir freuen uns auf den Livegang – mit Flits im Kundenkonto fühlen wir uns bestens aufgestellt. ⸻ Review in English: We haven’t launched our Shopify store yet, but Flits has already proven to be outstanding during setup. Every question and customization request — even on weekends — was answered quickly, competently, and with a strong solution-oriented mindset. The support team is not only fast but truly understands individual business needs. We were able to customize the loyalty program (e.g., renaming “points” to “rewards”) to match our branding and tone, which was a huge plus. Looking forward to going live soon — with Flits, our customer account experience is in great hands.

Excellent support team, Hasti & Manisha as our POC from their Team have been incredible with the prompt resolutions. Be it a customisation or a need to get in connect with their developer, It's all smoothly managed with them. The Flits program works amazing with it's loyalty program service, wishlist and customer's account page. Highly Customisable. This has definetly given us a conversion boost. Absolutely a 10/10 recommended!!
