We’ve been using Flits for our rewards system for a good amount of time now, without any issues. On the rare occasions we’ve had questions, the Flits team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our customers love earning rewards while shopping with us and redeeming rewards for discounts without having to wait for a sale. Additionally, Flits offers multiple integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Unsere Erfahrung mit Flits: Schönes Design, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausbaufähig Wir nutzen Flits in unserem Shopify-Shop, um die Darstellung der Kundenkonten zu verbessern. Das Design der Kundenbereiche ist ansprechend und professionell – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Besonders die Möglichkeit, Kundenkonten übersichtlicher und optisch ansprechender zu gestalten, wertet das Einkaufserlebnis auf. Der Preis ist im Verhältnis zum Funktionsumfang allerdings recht hoch. Für diesen Betrag hätten wir erwartet, dass mehr Features enthalten sind oder zumindest eine flexiblere Preisstruktur angeboten wird. Einige zusätzliche Funktionen, wie mehr Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten oder tiefere Integrationen mit anderen Shopify-Apps, wären wünschenswert. Fazit: Flits ist eine visuell gelungene Lösung, um Kundenkonten in Shopify aufzuwerten, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte besser sein. Falls in Zukunft mehr Funktionen hinzugefügt werden, könnte die App ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen.
