The app is easy to use and has a great interface, it was also easy to install and in less than a few minutes it was up and running on my page. Best of it is the team promptness to help.

The app is pretty great, but the support team is fantastic! Patel especially. I had some problems with some translations and some buttons not working and the guy was there to help me all the way.

Staff was very helpful. Had logistical issues in the beginning, but after a couple of attempts they were able to resolve it.

I am so impressed by the customer service. I used to be veeery impressed by Shopify team (still am) but Flits team really reach another level of service. The app also helps me a lot with my returns, I was sick of generating coupons that didn't make sense, couldn't be divided etc. Now I can give € directly to my clients. I believe it will totally help my sales grow
