I am using this app for my store. It is a great app to make your customer account page look much better. This app fully meet my needs. However, this is not just app that makes it best but the support that I've never seen before. They are very fast and result oriented.

Customer service is amazing! The representative Vaibhav was very prompt in assiting me with setting things up in my store. He even set up my customer account page to match the color scheme of my store and was very fast at replying to all questions/concerns.

I have been slowly rolling out changes on a budget - probably like many with the corvid-19 stuff, and wanted a little better, but cost effective, customer back end. This has really been a nice addition and the developer has really worked hard to help me integrate and then modify the source so that it flows nicely with my site. They have been super responsive and very flexible in rolling out visual changes that really helped with the usability and functionality of my store. I just can't give enough stars for how they have helped me out!!!! While I am still rolling out my design and layout elements, and working still to decide additional functionality apps - This one is a definite Keeper! Update: I changed themes in June at juststuffisell.com and ended up doing away with the flits app. I have since been hard coding changes to create an account layout that suites my backend needs. All that said, the Flits team is phenomenal and responsive. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future if the need arose. Highly recommend them and this app.

Flits is an awesome app. The Flits support team is very helpful and supportive. I would recommend it to the people who are looking to give there customers a ease of managing customer data like past orders, wishlist and saved addresses.

at first I choose this app because it can do integration with mobile apps developer that I'm working on with. as I learn more, the feature I get is more than expected, the store credit is incredible, the support team also always there helping me with every question I have. Thanks Flits!

Wow I was stuck with how to insta the store credits and not only did they reply and fixed my problem so quickly, he also matched the colour to suit my checkout!! 1000/10 recommend!

Superb experience!! Great app suite. Great support!! I have installed and configured it today and I was stuck as I am not very techy on Shopify code and I had some custom requirements too. I raised a ticket and Vaibhav promptly helped me and solved the problem. Now I have all I need for my customers under the account section, and I love the way the account page blends with my overall theme!! A must try if you want some serious business.

This has to be one of the best apps on the entire Shopify App Store. It's an invaluable extension to the customer accounts page, allowing for incredible amounts of customisation. I have some streaming courses on my site, and with the help of Vaibhav, we were able to ensure that my course pages appear in the accounts tab only when a customer has purchased them. The overall customer service, especially from Vaibhav, has been incredible. Very responsive, always happy to help and advise, and was able to customise things to suit my use-case. Highly, highly recommended. There are so many more features that I can't wait to try, but wanted to get this review out there for anyone contemplating this app. Install it. UPDATE AFTER ABOUT A YEAR OF USE: Flits have recently upgraded their account page designs to include a new Uno and Duo theme. They're brilliant! I emailed and asked to be upgraded to the Duo design, which they did within just a couple of days. Really impressed. The new theme looks great, and includes several custom features too. I can absolutely say that Flits is probably the best app for upgrading your customer experience!
