I am so impressed by the customer service. I used to be veeery impressed by Shopify team (still am) but Flits team really reach another level of service. The app also helps me a lot with my returns, I was sick of generating coupons that didn't make sense, couldn't be divided etc. Now I can give € directly to my clients. I believe it will totally help my sales grow

I can't recommend this app enough. It does so many wonderful things to bring the feel of a VERY expensive bespoke built site to a Shopify website. There were a few elements where I struggled with set up, but not only did the developers helped me, they did it all for me which made my life so much easier.

We're using this app to beef up the customer account area - we have clients who order a lot with us and it was important that they be able to view all of their orders in one place. Customer service has been great helping me get things sorted, James in particular.

My site theme doesn't have a very good, built in customer portal. Flits to the rescue. The customer portal is extremely well designed and user friendly. Plus the support from the team is unmatched. They've even integrated some of my other customer-facing apps into Flits to make for a seamless customer experience overall. Highly recommended.

First of all, I was bit skeptical on whether I should download this app or not. But to be honest and fair they have an amazing customer service they never failed to help me and went up and beyond to do so. They deserve 5- Star rating

Support staff = awesome! Really helpful. This app is perfect for customer account pages. Really great and I had one small issue with spacing and the support staff James helped me change it really quickly. 5/5

Guys this app is amazing! I have been searching for an app that could help me customize my customers account page. And by help from the guys behind the app, we manage to customize the account page just like I wanted it! These guys are very helpfull! Thanks a lot for your help guys!

Love this app, gives the customer login area a more professional look, recently viewed products, shipping address, reorder, order history much better than the shopify theme login areas.

You just don't get better support than this. These guys have been great! App works amazingly out of the box. I needed a customization and they just took care of it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Currently in use on www.gojdc.com

Great app definitely worth a look, even if it's to give the accounts page a nicer look check it out for FREE. Originally wanted a reward app that would integrate with judge.me (also another great review app btw) so store credit add-on was on my list to check out. I also included the social login which gets those members quicker :) Had a few hiccups James was great and helped set up things promptly via chat app. As many before me have mentioned James gives top customer service and always seems to be there when needed d('-')b ... There are a few things I'd like to see in future such as rewards for social shares and follows etc. Hopefully implemented in future updates, I'll certainly be looking forward to that.

Love this app and the developers behind it! Very good functionality and options. Looks and works great on mobile. Would highly recommend using Flits to upgrade your customer dashboard, Flits is so much better than the standard Shopify customer dashboard and much better than the other customer dashboard apps we looked at. Plus, their team is very responsive and helpful if you need assistance with the integration. Highly recommend!!
