Great app over Shopify's basic looking customer account page. Definitely adds a more professional looks and feel to our site (with minor coding tweaks I made to meet our needs). Lots of useful add-ons if you require them. AMAZING and FAST customer service. I asked them if they could code me a Newsletter check box and they ended up coding a whole new tab just for this within an hour. (at the time of writing this... I've been emailing and chatting in real time with support for about 2+ hours. Awesome and friendly service) Thanks Flits. Keep up the great work! PS...... Amazing app and profesionnal customer service, they also respond very quickly ! they helped me code the wishlist plugin as we asked for and it looks wonderful :) Now we are waiting for the wishlist to be mobile friendly and we are ready to launch :)) thank you again

I am so impressed by the customer service. I used to be veeery impressed by Shopify team (still am) but Flits team really reach another level of service. The app also helps me a lot with my returns, I was sick of generating coupons that didn't make sense, couldn't be divided etc. Now I can give € directly to my clients. I believe it will totally help my sales grow

I can't recommend this app enough. It does so many wonderful things to bring the feel of a VERY expensive bespoke built site to a Shopify website. There were a few elements where I struggled with set up, but not only did the developers helped me, they did it all for me which made my life so much easier.

We're using this app to beef up the customer account area - we have clients who order a lot with us and it was important that they be able to view all of their orders in one place. Customer service has been great helping me get things sorted, James in particular.

My site theme doesn't have a very good, built in customer portal. Flits to the rescue. The customer portal is extremely well designed and user friendly. Plus the support from the team is unmatched. They've even integrated some of my other customer-facing apps into Flits to make for a seamless customer experience overall. Highly recommended.

First of all, I was bit skeptical on whether I should download this app or not. But to be honest and fair they have an amazing customer service they never failed to help me and went up and beyond to do so. They deserve 5- Star rating

You just don't get better support than this. These guys have been great! App works amazingly out of the box. I needed a customization and they just took care of it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Currently in use on www.gojdc.com
