Love this app, gives the customer login area a more professional look, recently viewed products, shipping address, reorder, order history much better than the shopify theme login areas.

You just don't get better support than this. These guys have been great! App works amazingly out of the box. I needed a customization and they just took care of it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Currently in use on www.gojdc.com

Great app definitely worth a look, even if it's to give the accounts page a nicer look check it out for FREE. Originally wanted a reward app that would integrate with judge.me (also another great review app btw) so store credit add-on was on my list to check out. I also included the social login which gets those members quicker :) Had a few hiccups James was great and helped set up things promptly via chat app. As many before me have mentioned James gives top customer service and always seems to be there when needed d('-')b ... There are a few things I'd like to see in future such as rewards for social shares and follows etc. Hopefully implemented in future updates, I'll certainly be looking forward to that.

Love this app and the developers behind it! Very good functionality and options. Looks and works great on mobile. Would highly recommend using Flits to upgrade your customer dashboard, Flits is so much better than the standard Shopify customer dashboard and much better than the other customer dashboard apps we looked at. Plus, their team is very responsive and helpful if you need assistance with the integration. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. Helped with the setup right away once we installed the app. Can't wait to get started. The design is awesome too and very easy to use.

Amazing customer service. Quick, responsive, and extremely helpful in troubleshooting the initial set-up. Bummed it doesn't integrate with Klaviyo but they say they are working on it.

FLITS has been great to work with. As with any app... some almost do the same things as others. Flits was free to start which is great for the Reordering and customer management alone. I was using two other versions of "store credit" but they both had not as nice an interface as Flits. Ultimately, I was going to be stuck using a differnet credit system, because it was the only one that worked with a Store Pick Up Delivery type app. Yet... Flits came to the rescue last night and was able to get their store credit code to work with the pick ups! another big bonus for flits? it's James in Nashville Tenn. Flits has a built in chat feature in the app and if you have ever tried to get in touch with your app's customer service, you will know how much of a sticking point this can be. James is always quick to respond and keeps me posted working in the back ground with his team to solve problems. I couldn't have asked for anything more and it was greatly unexpected with the customer support they have given me. I am excited and hopeful that Flits continues to add features for our stores, so I can really use it as a 1 stop shop type of app. best of luck with your platforms - wholesomenova

More than happy to recommend Flits. They helped me integrate the app into our store at lightning speed. Customer service responded within minutes after sending my first email. It works well and looks great in our website. Highly recommend.

I have recently downloaded this app for customers to be able to have their own account. The UI is very nice and was a breeze to install. I am looking forward to using this app to keep track of rewards and customers who sign up as well as give them an option to create a wishlist.

I think this is an amazing app and it rewards your customers along the way. At this time I am not ready to fully implement it in our store but I will consider adding it in the future. The staff are friendly and helpful and the layout looks really good in your store. It will enhance the customers experience most definitely.
