Reliable and Effective – Using for Years! We’ve been using the Flits Loyalty Program + Wishlist for a few years now, and it continues to be one of the best additions to our Shopify store. We’ve been using Flits for our rewards system for a good amount of time now, without any issues. On the rare occasions we’ve had questions, the Flits team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our customers love earning rewards while shopping with us and redeeming rewards for discounts without having to wait for a sale. Additionally, Flits offers multiple integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

We primarily use the app for its loyalty features, and it has been performing exceptionally well! It includes nearly all the essential functionalities a brand like ours requires and offers excellent scalability for Borosil. The app’s integrations with well-known market tools further enhance its value for the stores. Additionally, the support team is outstanding—responsive, efficient, and always helpful. This app gives our site a far more professional look and service to historical customers. In particular as all orders have comments, the customized display that the Support Team has created for us enables each repeat customer a great view of all their orders which can be rapidly scanned /searched. Support is excellent. We highly recommend.
