Flow could have more straightforward commands to place on the store, but so far it is not a bad App to help with automating the tedious details in running an online store.

Blocked addresses are still making fraudulent orders. Its not blocking them.

It's more geared towards people who are already coders. There's no option to contact a customer with a specific email, which was the only reason we wanted to use Flow, so that's pretty disappointing.

I need a FLOW that can tag MULTIPLE open/unfulfilled/partially fulfilled/not cancelled orders by the same customer - basically multiple un-shipped orders so I can easily ID them. Shopify AI and ChatGPT have not been able to successfully suggest a method. Seems absolutely ridiculous this isn't a template - TO SAVE SELLER AND BUYER MONEY!

It's great when it works but we seem to run into issues every few months with something not working correctly even though we have changed nothing to our flow. I do not know if this is due to updates or what but it is getting exhausting.

Seems to miss some scammers at the same address, so trying to add yet another workflow.
