hard to use

the app is ok; my issue is with the selecting templates; I've created and saved messages I want to use in my flows but after navigating to drafts to the select them, the app has not been adding anything I select as a template to be included in my flow. It's been an endless loop of refreshing and starting over only to not have the app not add any messages selected, weather my own or shopify's message template. this has becoming extremely frustrating for me. Fix this please.....

Useful for a layman to achieve some small-scale tasks like updating metafields and tags on customers/orders under specific conditions. Decent app integration, but generally, Workflow is easily outclassed by just developing a custom app. I would give it 3 or even 4 stars if it weren't for the fact that lots of templates for advanced queries are so outdated that they don't even classify as deprecated fields. Other issues include certain trigger conditions not passing down all class info, and Shopify's syntax docs are often misleading or outright useless for solving lots of problems that are frequent with Workflows.

This tool doesn't hook into Messages app, so I'm not able to send branded messages from this. A little annoying, but created a segment instead.

It can be helpful but tends to crash / run very slow when things get difficult It cannot do some simple tasks, like return a list of stock which meets more than one criteria It often struggles to update a workflow, so after working on one for an hour or two, it cannot actually save it, session has to be refreshed and all progress is lost It will sometimes say things can't be done, until you point out that it has already created something similar
