Shopify Flow

Very powerful and highly useful. Terrible interface and development is unnecessarily complicated as a result. Once you "muddle" through the weirdness of it (even for Shopify) it can be used productively. I do notice periodic "outages" every couple of months or so, when Flows that normally work without a problem fail to fire for a time, but they "come back" after a short time. I'm not sure that I would trust this for anything "financial" or "mission-critical" in nature but it's OK for marketing and housekeeping functions.

Testing is uneasy. Also, can't select and copy the test data easily (data that appears in green in the test results)

This time It was a pain, I have made flows before but with the latest changes, it messed my work. And here it is why: I first went directly to the Flow app and after creating the WHOLE flow, I tried to link all my SEND EMAIL actions, and my templates were not showing, tried everything! and it wouldn't show them. I asked for help from Sidekick, and the instructions I followed to the dot and nothing. Sidekick was not able to help at all. Then I went to the new part GROWTH, and tried through AUTOMATIONS, it still took me to Flow, and I had to create the flow again, but to my surprise, this time my templates did show. SO in summary, it took me much more time to create a Flow this time, because the system is broken and the AI helper, couldnt help. I just turned on the flow and I hope it works as great as the others I have on my store. My two cents....
