It is pretty easy to use. The specific things I want to accomplish with it are requiring a lot of googling but there is a lot of functionality to work with. I wish that there was a way to test what would happen with the flow before turning it on, especially when it involved drafted products. I'm also having some trouble finding triggers that I want, but that could just be that I need to learn more about this app.
