Stop changing the damned interface, if Flow needs improvement (and I'm not saying it doesn't) the new UI isn't what it needs. Also, vertical flow direction? Do you use a vertical screen? WTF

Put steps in place right away to prevent fraud orders. Once the fraudulent accounts find you and can place orders they will do it continuously until you put these steps into place. I will review again once this has time to prove it is effective.

I wish it could automate weekly reports.
Hi, thanks for using Flow. Flow can automated some types of weekly reports. You would use a "Scheduled time" trigger and then actions like "Get order data" to build your report.

Sometime it works and many times are not working as expected. Sadly, it did not generate any errors when the flow is not running normally.
Flow will generate errors when an API call fails, but it cannot know when it doesn't do what you wanted. You can actually cause the workflow to fail if needed by adding a "Fail workflow run". You can also send yourself notifications on failure using Flow (search templates for "error" and you'll find examples).
