Putting together a website at 62 years old is daunting to me. The human experience, with customer service, is totally lacking these days in so many businesses. Which is why it was a pleasant surprise, that after a few emails back and forth to get some questions answered, your team offered to have a Zoom call to help me. I learned so much more in person in that half hour than I would have ever learned on my own. Thank you! I'm on my way now.

The app works really well and is very practical to use. I had a few minor issues at first, but the support team was very helpful and resolved everything without any problems.

An amazingly helpful, and extremely easy to use app, once you get the logic. Customer support is excellent. The response time was less than 5 minutes and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes.

This app integrates seamlessly with Shopify Flow and makes sending custom order confirmations, follow-ups, account validations, and other critical customer emails effortless — something Shopify’s native tools simply don’t offer.
