I needed a simple solution for sending transactional emails to our customers and FlowMail has worked perfectly for our requirements. Great value and easy to use with flows to set up automations.

Oleksandr helped me so much allowing my emails to be really bespoke. Something Shopify only allow if I pay a LOT. No question was to difficult and we worked together until it was solved. Thank you again.

FlowMail is an effective and easy-to-configure solution. We submitted a request to include the subject line field in the email template (on a paid plan), and the team implemented the update within 24 hours. The support was excellent, and the tool provides a valuable extension to Shopify's Flow app, enabling transactional emails to be sent directly to customers.

App works well, and the team is extremely responsive. I had an issue that was resolved within 5 minutes. When I had a separate question, they explained via email and also offered to have a call to walk me through the issue.

Really useful app that allows you to send emails that are necessary for selling your products, without running into Shopify's restrictions on transactional emails. Dev team are very responsive and added a feature request in under 24 hours. Highly Recommend!

These guys are the best. I thought the app was very useful when I was just tinkering with it myself. Oleksandr from Flowmail helped me out and blew me away with what this app is capable of. Great app and absolutely fantastic customer service.
