Flxpoint

We have been with Flxpoint for past few years. They have always worked to ensure our complex setup was operating smoothly. Really great for multi warehouse routing. Over past year their support team has really striven to take care of any small issues that have arisen. Overall very few problems , reliable uptime, and solid support. We really appreciate them as a key partner in our e-commerce business.

The Flxpoint team are very responsive and helped us integrate production on demand vendors to our store. We try to route all of our orders via Flxpoint as it just makes the operational team life easier.

It is complicated during setup, but it runs very smoothly after you set it up properly, and support answers emails fast. You can also do calls as well. I recommend using them. Five stars.

The current version of the Flxpoint app makes it super simple for store owners to connect their Flxpoint and Shopify stores. Flxpoint has thoughtfully worked through all the logic to make it easy to configure the new storefront as a new channel in Flxpoint. Flxpoint handles all the details of product and inventory syncing, automatic order routing, and shipment type mapping.

App is bugged, comes with a lot of errors that requires manual intervention, it came up for renewal and now its suddenly £199 a month!? Absolute laughable price, after using it id say its worth £10 - £20 a month at most!
