We just started using Flxpoint over a month. It was very difficult and intimidating at first, but once you let the team explain the process and you spend some time reviewing the courses/classes, it becomes clear. We still are not fully automated, but we are getting there. I love the inventory syncing capabilities that serve 2 of our shopify stores and our Amazon store, from all of our vendors source feeds. I do wish they offered a service to completely set up what our business needs rather then teach it to us. Time is important and limited when running a business that needs automation.

It allows to manage catalogs on several sales channels and manage orders and fulfillment in an impeccable .We tried several platforms to sell on market places and this is definitely the one that gives you more control on the whole life of an orders. They have 24/7 competent customers services and with technical team based in the US. We have a pretty complicate setup but flxpoint made it easy and it is a major time saver.
