Flxpoint

The current version of the Flxpoint app makes it super simple for store owners to connect their Flxpoint and Shopify stores. Flxpoint has thoughtfully worked through all the logic to make it easy to configure the new storefront as a new channel in Flxpoint. Flxpoint handles all the details of product and inventory syncing, automatic order routing, and shipment type mapping.
App is bugged, comes with a lot of errors that requires manual intervention, it came up for renewal and now its suddenly £199 a month!? Absolute laughable price, after using it id say its worth £10 - £20 a month at most!
FLXpoint has been a genuine game-changer for our business. What used to eat up hours of manual work is now handled automatically, and the time we've saved has let us focus on actually growing instead of firefighting. Publishing products to Shopify is seamless. New items push to our store cleanly and show up exactly as configured, so we can list inventory quickly and with confidence. Order syncing has been rock solid too. Everything flows through accurately, and when something needs our attention we get notified right away, which means no nasty surprises and no frustrated customers. The support team deserves a special mention. They're responsive, genuinely knowledgeable, and they take ownership of any question we bring to them. Instead of brushing us off, they dig in, listen carefully, and stay with us until things are fully resolved. It's clear they actually care about their customers' success. On top of that, the documentation is thorough and easy to follow, so a lot of the time we can find answers ourselves without even needing to reach out. Being on their top-tier plan has been well worth it. The platform delivers on its promise of automation, the reliability is excellent, and the people behind it make the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their multichannel operations.
We’ve been trying to work with FlxPoint for the past six months, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite spending over $10,000, their account manager has failed to get us onboarded. Instead of solutions, we’ve only been given the runaround. The platform itself is riddled with issues. We’ve been unable to link SKUs even after providing exact match files, orders won’t push through properly, multi-location support is nonexistent, and pricing settings are confusing to the point where some of our products were accidentally listed at cost — something we then had to request they fix. We originally switched from Spark Shipping hoping this would be an upgrade, but honestly, Spark feels like a far better tool in comparison. At this stage, after months of wasted time, money, and energy, I would gladly take a refund if they offered one. Unless major changes are made, I can only warn others to avoid making the same costly mistake we did.
I was a customer of inventory source and forced to migrate to their parent company Flxpoint. I went from $99/mo to $299/mo and had less features and required more support to get setup and running again. The support team lacks a proper ticketing system (the published one on their website is only used for their engineering team) so all issues are sent to a single email address which is answered by multiple people. The support team is extremely nice but limited because of the lack internal tools to properly organize and track customer issues -- like a real ticketing system. The tech documentation that was presented looked like it was outdated or for a totally different platform which made it very difficult to follow and understand. After a few weeks of trying to get flxpoint setup without success I decided to upgrade to the $599 version because it had features from "inventory source" that were not included in the $299 version of flxpoint. As soon as I upgraded I was redirected to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PLATFORM which had all the features I needed to get this thing off the ground. Woohoo! Then 2 hours later I was reverted back to the other flxpoint platform which again, lacked the much needed missing features. I contacted Flxpoint's support and was told it was a Fluke in their system where I was redirected to the PRO VERSION accidently but have been reverted back to the Lite version. YES... there is a Lite version of Flxpoint and a PRO VERSION. This is not disclosed on their website, makes it very difficult to follow and make sense of their documentation. It's equally frustrating for their poor support staff. Side Note: The lite version is much more beautiful than the pro version but requires extra support (responses take days! not hours) setup or manage locked features that are available on the less-visually-attractive pro version. I was extremely frustrated that I was so limited on one platform while the other platform had everything I needed in order to get my business setup and running again. Flxpoint's support team wanted to keep my business and gave me a very generous offer which was very much appreciated considering this migration had completely crippled my website. HERE's THE REASON FOR 1 star. After 5 more weeks of getting everything setup and running correctly, Flxpoint sent me an email terminating my account in 30 days. I was crushed. So much work down the drain. 2 months of work -- Wasted! Would you Trust a company that does this?
This app is more expensive ($399/month) than my old one ($149/month) and not as good. It's harder to use, and I've had problems with inventory incorrectly syncing to zero, unpublishing my products. I wish there was a cheaper plan without order/shipping automation features for businesses that don't need those. I'm thinking of switching to a simpler, inventory-only syncing app because this one isn't worth the high price.
Hey there! We're offering all Inventory Source customers a discounted rate so you don't have to pay $399. I'd love to offer a few workshops with one of our onboarding project managers and work through any obstacles. What can we do to make this right?
We just started using Flxpoint over a month. It was very difficult and intimidating at first, but once you let the team explain the process and you spend some time reviewing the courses/classes, it becomes clear. We still are not fully automated, but we are getting there. I love the inventory syncing capabilities that serve 2 of our shopify stores and our Amazon store, from all of our vendors source feeds. I do wish they offered a service to completely set up what our business needs rather then teach it to us. Time is important and limited when running a business that needs automation.
We have been using Flxpoint since almost a year. It allows to manage catalogs on several sales channels and manage orders and fulfillment in an impeccable .We tried several platforms to sell on market places and this is definitely the one that gives you more control on the whole life of an orders. They have 24/7 competent customers services and with technical team based in the US. We have a pretty complicate setup but flxpoint made it easy and it is a major time saver.
