Impressed how well this works, the AI knows everything, and if it doesn’t, it just forwards the request to us! Thought about adding a live chat before finding this app, so glad we didn't have to.

Great app, great support and gdpr and ai act conform, so very high recommended. also a very easy installation and the bot works perfectly. we save a lot of time with the bot answering questions by email before we had this bot working.

Sehr leicht zu installieren, weil alles automatisch funktioniert. Leichtes Setup, hat gar nicht lange gedauert und macht einen durchdachten Eindruck. Ich bin mal gespannt wie die APP gleich aktiv funktioniert, der erste Test war jedenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend.

Easy Setup und direkt gut eingerichtet! Die KI antwortet super auf Kundenanfragen und ist dabei fachlich sehr gut (hängt natürlich von der Webseite ab). Der Support ist Hammer, antwortet in wenigen Stunden und immer fachlich kompetent. Sollte öfters geben.

The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act. Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage. What impressed me the most was their excellent support system. Even for inquiries beyond their usual scope of work, they responded promptly and sincerely. I highly recommend this app!

I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.

Das Set-Up ist extrem simple und ich habe schon viel positives Feedback von Kunden für den Chatbot erhalten! Für Supportanfragen ist jederzeit jemand erreichbar und bei Fragen wird man super beraten.

Wir haben die App seit 14 Tagen im Test und sind bisher von der Performance begeistert. Die KI liefert sehr genaue und für unsere Marke passgenaue Antworten. Zudem übernimmt sie Beratungsaufgaben für die perfekte Produktauswahl (Typenberatung). On top können Kund:innen über den Chat ihren Versandstatus prüfen oder eine Retoure einleiten. Das erleichtert den Workload im Customer Service für uns deutlich.

Toller Chatbot, unsere Kunden freut es. Der Setup und die Einbindung in Shopify ist sehr einfach, bei uns hat es nach dem installieren ungefähr 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir den Chatbot testen konnten. Schon bei den ersten Testfragen hat man gemerkt wie fundiert die Antworten sind, wir haben den Chatbot daraufhin in Shopify live geschaltet und es bis heute nicht bereut.

Wir testen die AI aktuell in unserem deutschen Shop: die Integration mit der Shopify App ist sehr einfach und die Qualität der Chatbot Antworten ist wirklich überragend! Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass der Chatbot nicht nur bei der Produktberatung unterstützt, sondern auch im Supportfall Kunden an die richtige Stelle weiterleitet. Zum Beispiel sollen Retourenanfragen direkt an unser Retourenportal geschickt werden, und alles andere an unseren WhatsApp-Support. Mit dem Routing in der App lässt sich das sehr einfach umsetzen.

Richtig guter Chatbot mit top Support! Am besten gefällt mir, dass die KI Antworten immer auf den neusten Shopify Daten basieren. Durch die Startnext Kampagne unserer neuen Apfel-Leder Sneaker kommt es häufig zu Änderungen am Listing, die spätestens nach 24h vom KI Chatbot beachtet werden (oder auf Anfrage sofort! Danke dafür!).

I’m super impressed by this AI chatbot! It acts as our 24/7 concierge for selling jewelry, offering the most natural conversations I’ve ever experienced from an AI. Setting it up was easy, just one click, with many design options to seamlessly integrate it with our Shopify store. I have to give a shout-out to the Flyweight support team too - I had some extra design requests, and they were fulfilled within 24 hours. Can totally recommend it!
