Ich habe tagelang mit Superchat verbracht, um alle relevanten Informationen für den KI-Chatbot richtig gut zur Verfügung zu stellen! Das Ergebnis war ernüchternd, denn die Antworten waren jedes mal anders und nicht zu 100 % so formuliert, wie in der Wissensdatenbank mühsam hinterlegt! Hier ist das völlig anders und weitaus besser, als es andere Anbieter können. Nach nur 2 Stunden habe ich einen funktionierenden Kundenservice-Chatbot, der sogar noch 24/7 unsere Produkte mit Link und Foto-Link anbietet. Im Test hat der Chatbot alle Fragen und Anfragen korrekt beantwortet - ich bin absolut zufrieden. Die nächsten Tage werden zeigen, ob und wo es Schwachstellen gibt, die wir in unserem Shop beheben müssen ... Ulf Röhlich - CEO von BioTeiGa.de

Simply wow! I am totally thrilled and can recommend the app 100%. It works very well after a short set-up time. It saves a lot of support time and raises the level of support.

I installed it today, for now it seems quite good! But let's see if it works well throughout the time, because I just tested the free version so the products shown are limited. But it seems really good!

Impressed how well this works, the AI knows everything, and if it doesn’t, it just forwards the request to us! Thought about adding a live chat before finding this app, so glad we didn't have to.

Great app, great support and gdpr and ai act conform, so very high recommended. also a very easy installation and the bot works perfectly. we save a lot of time with the bot answering questions by email before we had this bot working.

Sehr leicht zu installieren, weil alles automatisch funktioniert. Leichtes Setup, hat gar nicht lange gedauert und macht einen durchdachten Eindruck. Ich bin mal gespannt wie die APP gleich aktiv funktioniert, der erste Test war jedenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend.

Easy Setup und direkt gut eingerichtet! Die KI antwortet super auf Kundenanfragen und ist dabei fachlich sehr gut (hängt natürlich von der Webseite ab). Der Support ist Hammer, antwortet in wenigen Stunden und immer fachlich kompetent. Sollte öfters geben.

The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act. Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage. What impressed me the most was their excellent support system. Even for inquiries beyond their usual scope of work, they responded promptly and sincerely. I highly recommend this app!

I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.
