Nothing is working on that app, the importation of product don't work, no contact at all within the chat or email to fix any problem. It is too risky doing business with them at that point. Too bad.
Our import process is that you first log in your account and then choose product import. For the specific operation process, you can consult the customer service center. Fantastic , there whatsapp always answers in a timely manner, Advanced level stuff is really good quality is great. Shipping is a bit all over the place with the different suppliers but still a great app. Thanks Pearlandice
WORST experience so far and I havent even added any items yet! Been emailing them for 2-3 days, no response at all!! I have questions and and needs for customization, NO ANSWERS from anyone!!

this is the worst nightmare when i comes to this company, the website has crushed every time when i'm importing my products. when i tried to contact them they are answering at all, they were going to be my first supplier but like this, with their quality nononononononoon never going to happend
